Padel Paraguay ("the app") is a service for finding padel matches in Paraguay, available at padelparaguay.com and as a mobile app. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. It is written to be understood.
Who is responsible
The data controller is the individual operating Padel Paraguay. For anything related to your data, write to hola@padelparaguay.com.
What we collect

We do not collect your location, we run no advertising, and we use no third-party analytics or tracking.
What other people can see
Public, visible to anyone: your name, profile photo and level, when you are signed up to a match. Anyone with that match's link can see them, with or without an account, and they may appear in search engines.
Private: your email, phone, test answers, and the ratings you give other players. Ratings are anonymous: they are averaged with everyone else's and nobody knows who said what. Each match chat is visible only to the players in that match.
Where it is stored
Data is stored on Supabase infrastructure, acting as data processor. Access is restricted by database-level security rules: each user can only read and change what belongs to them.
Google sign-in is handled by Google, which receives the information needed to authenticate you under its own privacy policy.
How long
For as long as your account is active. If you ask us to delete it, we remove your profile, your answers and your ratings. Chat messages and results of matches already played may be kept anonymised, because they affect the levels of the other three players.
Your rights
- See and correct your data: from your profile inside the app.
- Delete your account and all personal data: write to hola@padelparaguay.com and we will do it within 30 days at most.
- Get a copy of your data: request it at the same address.
- Withdraw consent at any time by closing your account.
Minors
The service is intended for people aged 16 and over. If we find an account belonging to someone younger without guardian consent, we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will say so in the app. The date of the last update is shown above.
